The CFO & Business - Transformation team partners with boardrooms across the US, UK, and internationally to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic change. Leveraging expertise in risk assurance, technology advisory, business transformation, regulatory consulting, and actuarial support, the team helps organizations streamline operations and prepare for the future. Specialists deliver large-scale transformation for GSIB, Fortune 500, and FTSE 350 clients, with a focus on financial services, banking, insurance, and asset management.

This seasonal remote position offers flexible hours, with a minimum commitment of 40 or more hours. This position is expected to begin in mid to late November 2025 and continue through November 2026; however, the actual duration may be adjusted based on evolving business needs.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to high-quality client deliverables, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with professional standards and client expectations.
• Apply strong technical knowledge and business insight to support project execution, drawing on experience in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships by understanding needs, responding to requests promptly, and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Support project planning and delivery efforts, collaborating with senior team members and contributing to the development of best practices and team growth.
• Participate in strategic initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of new ideas and methodologies.
• Assist in managing engagement activities across the project lifecycle, using PMO tools and templates to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with client goals.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, including preparing executive-level reporting, supporting internal communications, and contributing to business development and training efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CMIIA).
• Prior consulting experience with GSIB (Global Systemically Important Banks) clients
• Experience with PMO tools, templates, and reporting dashboards
