The CFO & Business - Transformation team partners with boardrooms across the US, UK, and internationally to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic change. Leveraging expertise in risk assurance, technology advisory, business transformation, regulatory consulting, and actuarial support, the team helps organizations streamline operations and prepare for the future. Specialists deliver large-scale transformation for GSIB, Fortune 500, and FTSE 350 clients, with a focus on financial services, banking, insurance, and asset management.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee delivery of GSIB client engagements, including scoping, planning, budgeting, progress monitoring, and quality assurance, while serving as a key contact for both Partners and clients
• Manage teams across a portfolio of projects, ensuring work is completed to budget, meets client KPIs, and aligns with Forvis Mazars' quality and regulatory standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, addressing issues promptly and ensuring services are tailored to client needs
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture and maintaining firm-wide standards and procedures
• Identify industry-wide trends and contribute to the development of innovative client solutions and service offerings
• Represent Forvis Mazars in industry working groups and professional bodies to enhance market visibility and thought leadership
• Support practice growth through proactive targeting of key service lines and implementation of new initiatives and methodologies
• Maintain and enhance PMO frameworks, tools, and policies to support consistent project delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards, and serve as a central point of contact for project communications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
• Experience with PMO tools, templates, and reporting dashboards
• Prior consulting experience with GSIB (Global Systemically Important Banks) clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CMIIA).
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and leading teams across multiple engagements
