The Private Client team helps high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families manage financial complexity with confidence. Through a holistic approach that integrates wealth management, tax planning, and family office services, Forvis Mazars delivers personalized strategies aligned with each client's goals-ensuring peace of mind and long-term financial well-being

What You Will Do:

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120-S) across a variety of industries
• Deliver exceptional client service that exceeds expectations through timely, unmatched support while cultivating strong relationships as a trusted advisor and partner in their success
• Collaborate proactively with key client management to identify issues and recommend practical solutions
• Take ownership of assigned tasks by organizing workflows, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget and scope to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
• Utilize technology tools effectively and demonstrate a commitment to process improvement through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain technical proficiency and industry knowledge
• Support the proposal process for prospective clients by contributing insights and helping articulate the firm's capabilities and areas of expertise
• Collaborate on Forvis Mazars-sponsored technical publications and contribute to internal learning and development sessions to share knowledge and foster team growth
• Represent the firm at campus recruiting events, engaging with top-tier university talent to promote the company's brand, share career opportunities, and support early talent acquisition initiatives
• Mentor and support junior staff by providing guidance, reviewing work for accuracy and completeness, and fostering professional development through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field
• 3.5+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting, or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting
• Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Travel may include overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in related field

Massachusetts Wage Transparency

Pursuant to the Massachusetts' Wage Transparency Act, the salary range displayed is for the Massachusetts market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Positions that are non-exempt will be eligible for overtime pay compensable at a rate of one and a half times the hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a work week. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
