Description & Requirements
The Talent Development Operations Intern provides operational and administrative support across the firm's Talent Development portfolio, including Learning & Development, Leadership Institute, Executive Coaching, and other professional development programs. This role assists with the coordination, delivery, documentation, and technology support of internal learning experiences that contribute to the growth and development of firm professionals.
How you will contribute:
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items listed below. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary:
- Support the delivery of virtual and in-person talent development programs, including Learning & Development courses and Leadership Institute sessions, by hosting sessions in Zoom or Teams, sharing welcome and closing content, launching polling questions, and troubleshooting participant technical issues
- Assist with the organization, archiving, and digital filing of program materials and documentation in SharePoint to ensure accurate records across all Talent Development initiatives
- Coordinate CPE group viewing requests and related records in the firm's Learning Management System (LCvista) and CPE attendance tools (e.g., Conferences I/O) for applicable programs
- Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of facilitator, instructor, and coach bios used across learning programs
- Coordinate the archiving and retirement of completed or outdated courses within LCvista, ensuring alignment with Learning & Development, Leadership Institute, and Executive Coaching standards
- Archive CPE-eligible sessions in live attendance tracking tools in support of compliance and reporting needs
- Provide operational assistance for ad-hoc projects related to Talent Development, Leadership programs, or Executive Coaching initiatives, as assigned
Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office Suite, Strong Excel experience preferred
- Zoom and/or Teams Video Conferencing experience preferred
- Critical thinking & problem solving
- Ability to consult with internal clients with professionalism
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience working in a professional services environment or equivalent industry is required.
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent and two-year college preferred (Associate's Degree)
