How you will contribute:

• Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional staff
• Using previous experience, oversee documenting, testing and review of applicable internal controls over financial reporting allowing for identification of gaps in control design or operation and best practices
• Design and execute a risk-based substantive audit approach based on knowledge of internal control structure
• Adequately identifying audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentation
• Consistently identifying engagement and operating opportunities for improvement, providing timely solutions and consultation
• Managing multiple concurrent engagements without disruption or loss of control, and within scheduled deadlines
• Managing multiple client relationships, billings, and resource needs
• Build personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities including proposal preparation and delivery
• Leading audit committee meetings and presentations
• Participating in speaking and article writing opportunities
• Completing CPE specific to assigned industries
• Traveling to serve clients as necessary

• Innovative ideas to servicing clientele
• Communication skills to effectively relate to people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels, both verbally and in writing
• An ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment to reach clear-set goals

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 9 years of audit experience in public accounting
• CPA license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
• Experience managing multiple complex client engagements
