As a Family Office Associate in our Outsourced Family Office Accounting Services group, you will be a valued member of our team and will build relationships with our outsourcing clients. This position will offer you an excellent opportunity for career advancement in our growing firm.

The Outsourced Family Office Accounting Services team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients.

How you will contribute:

Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas:

• Assist family office clients and independent households with accounting outsourcing and transaction processing
• Help build and manage client relationships
• Assistance with virtual or onsite outsourced accounting, including
• General ledger maintenance
• Accounts payable processing
• Preparation of account reconciliations
• Depreciation schedule preparation
• Engage in frequent communication with clients
• Prepare financial statements and client specific dashboard reports
• Providing accounting software assistance to clients and internal personnel
• Assisting with the training of clients, and other personnel

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other business-related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger or staff accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting and/or consulting experience within the family office industry
• Prior experience with Bill.com or similar accounts payable processing platform
• Experience working with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, or similar general ledger software package
• Experience with payroll processing platforms
