As part of our team, you will work with our clients, including some of the most iconic financial services companies globally, as we collaborate to solve their complex and innovative quantitative needs.

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI*) Manager with hands-on technology experience, who has successfully implemented AI solutions, conducted AI modeling, or performed AI audits. This role involves leading and managing AI quantitative-focused solutions, including AI audits, security and resiliency reviews, model evaluations, AI implementation, and various AI governance and risk management consulting projects.

*Note, AI solutions are inclusive of both traditional artificial intelligence solutions such as Machine Learning (ML), as well as generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)

How you will contribute:

• Lead and manage AI-focused risk management solutions, including AI audits, system and resiliency reviews, and model evaluations.
• Conduct AI policy and governance consulting, providing expert guidance on best practices.
• Oversee AI implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
• Identify AI risks and develop/monitor related metrics.
• Deploy AI responsibly, ensuring reliability, and ethical standards.
• Maintain top data governance, quality, and accountability standards.
• Collaborate with clients, including top-tier financial services companies, to address complex quantitative needs.
• Manage, coach, and review the work performed by other consultants.
• Manage engagements from initial scoping to completion.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, and building relationships with clients.

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to write and communicate complex observations into reports and present them to clients.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with particular attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or other quantitative fields.
• Hands on AI experience with a combination of modeling, governance, implementation, and systems background.
• 7 years or more of experience with AI, data analysis, quantitative analysis, and model validation/development activities with financial services institutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience at a consulting and/or professional services firm.
• Professional Certification such as GARP: Risk and AI (RAI) or US AI Institute: Certified Artificial Intelligence Scientist (CAIS) or AI-related credentials.

New York City Pay Transparency

Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
