Position Title:

The Innovation Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of internally focused innovative products and solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful identification, design, prototyping, and delivery of net new internal solutions. The Innovation Product Manager will also be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product vision, and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and operational handoff.

The work you'll do directly supports the Firm's broader objective of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring our internal teams are equipped with modern, flexible, and scalable tools. You'll be empowered to think big, experiment boldly and deliver tangible. This is more than a Product Management role - it's an opportunity to shape the way a large firm works from the inside out

How you will contribute:

• Lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies.
• Drive innovation sessions with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Identify market opportunities and define product vision.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Develop and present business cases for new products.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
• Work with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure product success.
• Monitor and report on product performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay up to date, and share, on relevant innovative technology innovations.

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

• Knowledge of:
• Secure software development lifecycle.
• Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Kanban, Lean and Waterfall principles
• UX/UI Design principles
• Strategies for analyzing customer feedback
• Product Management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Service Management platforms.
• Team leadership tactics.
• Strong business acumen including strategic thinking on how a product vision can solve business problems.
• Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentics AI, and emerging trends Artificial Intelligence
• Ideation practices like idea generation, clustering, and scoring.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-9 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 + years of relevant experience
• Project Management Certifications
