The Analytics team transforms data into actionable insights that fuel business growth. Using advanced tools in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI, they help organizations unlock new opportunities, reduce risk, and improve efficiency. Their proprietary cloud-based platform delivers timely, digestible insights that enhance strategy and performance. With a strong focus on data strategy, governance, and security, they ensure data quality and compliance-empowering clients to make confident, data-driven decisions.

What You Will Do:

• Import, clean, and prepare client data for analysis using standardized data processing techniques.
• Develop and deliver customized analytical solutions based on established frameworks and methodologies.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance of client-facing analytics reports and dashboards (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Design, build, and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives aimed at developing new data products and analytical capabilities.
• Enhance and optimize existing data solutions to improve performance, usability, and client value.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve data-related issues, provide guidance, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven projects and solutions.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience through timely, clear, and professional communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems or related program.
• 1+ years of relevant data analysis experience (e.g., SQL querying, Python scripting, dashboard creation in Tableau/Power BI, statistical analysis).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Prior consulting experience
